I just added it up, and I think the Q is probably (or possibly?) due no later than Monday. That's Monday, the 26th.

45 days after end of quarter is March 17. That falls on a Saturday, so the due date is the following Monday - March 19th. The NT filing gives 5 days after the due date. THAT falls on the 24th which is a Saturday, so the FINAL due date would be Monday, the 26th. I may be wrong, maybe someone knows better but that's the way I see it. Since it's NT, I would guess that the accountants are using every day they have and won't get it done until the last day.
