I like how they haven't pumped at all and just made one quiet announcement and that's it.

Very tightly held by insiders. This could really explode upward once an acquisition, reverse merger, strategic investment, etc is announced.

BCII went from .03 to $30 in a very short period of time.

Let's see if this can do something close to that :)
