that's a big thing. They aren't selling shares nor are notes being used to fleece shareholders for their money. Everything pointing to the opposite of that as they fight for their share holders and company. Lots of silly/crazy things in the OTC and EFLN definitely isn't as shady as many others that guess chased up on the daily. Got some cheapies myself $EFLN

Could be price manipulation today trying to mimic dilution.
That is all I can come up with right now.
This stock is a strange one, for sure.
Like a box of chocolates.....ya never know what price ya gonna get?
Could be .003 or .0009.
Who knows which way the wind will blow today???:-D
