Yes...he has control of a worthless shell. And he bought that control from a series of previous scammers. He didn't even buy it from the shareholders. He just bought the right to scam them.
He has already affected the 1 for 1,000 R/S and if he proceeds, he will now issue shares to dilute existing shareholders by a factor of about 25. He will then use it as the pump and dump scam it has always been.
This scenario has been played out 1,000s of times in the pinks.
