$ ONCI. I Agree its the Earnings and the Revenue coming into a Company is what drives the PP,s Up and ONCI shows that daily with the New Contracts coming in the PP,s have moved up from the .0018 pull back to the .0031 & .0033 today which is still Dirt Cheap from waiting on the Update thats expected any Time. The pull back was from paying off old Debt thats 99.9% done and as seen ONCI is moving UP Up & Up.
