Yes, receivership for HPNN. Reverse split attempt might be first, but the Hop-On fraud led by ringleader CEO Peter Michaels might result in the company being forced into receivership/bankruptcy.

California tax lien also. If you noticed, Hop-On said it had filed taxes. Unfortunately Hop-On could not revive its business license, despite claiming it thought it would be able to clear up the problems.

California may have found out that Hop-On tried to get a new business license for the current company (under a slightly different name) while the previous business license was in the forfeited status.
