Its really not up to PLFX management. The form 4 was filed by a third party. PLFX just needs to report the change. I am sure PLFX is not a party to a private sale. What we know is what was offered publicly. there was a huge Q&A memo attached to the original offer. Seems like most people on this board have not read that. They should. It answers most of the questions I see on this board.
