Blue, respectfully, that’s hogwash. Voting yes says we agree with everything you are doing, good job keep up the good work. Voting no let’s them reflect on how they have strayed so far from their shareholders. You’re probably right about the 2.00 dollar shares if they don’t get their way, they’ve done it before and that is the problem!

If they have the votes, why do you care? At least voting no would tell them that some shareholders aren't endorsing their stewardship of the company. Your desperate pleas make it sound like they don't have the votes.

Pure rubbish. IF the product is good and you can make money on it, you do the deal. Period.

More rubbish. Any partner just has to look at the share price to see there is no support for mgt. And they have 5 million share they can use for a partnership now if needed. How about a partnership with up front non-dilutive cash instead? That is what the uberlongs have been promising. Where is it?
