Seems very unlikely that HCTI has bought another company when they can't afford eleven thousand dollars to get current with the State of Nevada business license. I don't understand why it's thought this is HCTI buying a company if it's being touted by the privately held NTI? Seems a little desperate to advance the idea that HCTI is now the owner of Greencoat.
