I know this continues to be a surprise to some but Dan's legal problems started when he "invested" pension funds into Currah/Keevil's pump and dump scam and then became a director to try and recover that money. He wouldn't be with the company today had Currah/Keevil not stolen the money with their scam no matter how many times someone wants to focus differently.
The company is in a mess today solely because Currah/Keevil fraud that generated a CTO and lined their pockets with shares and cash. The company is dead until these scam artists are totally and completely gone.
