$ ONCI. I see over 2 Buys to 1 and i see 4 Stars on the Board so ONCI sure doesnt look dryed up to me as for the longest there was only 1 Star daily. ONCI just keeps getting Better & Better and getting more News of more Huge Contracts Daily and the CEO is Updateing the Shareholders Regularly which makes alot of difference in OTC Stocks IMO.
