As I said before, anything reportable

will happen after the capital raise closes. Which is scheduled at or before the end of this month.

Second, the fact they got the 10-K out 2 weeks early (against deadline) seems promising to me since they'd probably like to put distance between the past periods of cash-consuming development (the 2017 10-K for instance) and the incipient 'we're finally online & commercial' launch of cash-producing CURA products.
