OCC put a caveat emptor on the stock. Normally means some type of promotional activity went out. As everyone knows, this activity can be sent outside of the company knowing.

Doubt if there was/is an SEC investigation, if there was such a concern then the trading would be suspended. An example of that would be CHIT where it was annouced by the SEC there would be a temporary suspension of trading.

We'll see what happens in 30 days since that't he minimum time period

The Caveat Emptor designation is typically not removed within the first 30 days.



Also, if company issues any updates during that time period, then that's a good indication there was nothing to this at all. Perfect example is EFLN.

So we'll see in 30 days what happens. GL to those who bought at .0004 and .0005.
