TDA does not charge for just a symbol change but does for an RS because DTC has to work out the different share structure if you will... NORMALLY TDA will not waive or refund for the 'organizational fee' for an RS.

I trade $JBZYD via TDA and I did receive a $38 fee.

Anyway, I trust that $38 is meaningless as $JBZYD begins to realize its value. GLTY
