Maybe that was Alex's plan. Save UATs money and let north bridge pay for the debt and issue shares. Drop share price from .007 to low .001, use UATs money to buy the shares back at a much lower cost? I don't know, I'd be happy though if the company was buying and reduced our float here.

That would actually be pretty dumb. They should have been buying the dilution, not after it which would inflate prices.
