I think the problem is, the market just doesn't believe what the company is saying in their PR's. From a respectable company, I do have to admit, it is idiotic to come out and say you will earn $2 a share, while not coming out and giving any details about anything before this. It does seem like a bit of a stretch to say the least. Nobody would be selling otherwise. Would russians lie? No, russia is a very uncorrupt place.
