I think its very positive. The sold to a broker so he got it on the cheap but I am quessing that was about 4 times the amount we sold a month ago. I will take a 4 times increase every month of the following month. That means over $100k next month and if we cut out the broker maybe $150k. Using my optimistic theory we should be selling 1 mill in June :)
