Our new lawyer does not want us to sell them ANY shares and will contribute to the debt another way, so case 3(a)(10) was reopened from the January 27 case, adding a measly 45k in the total amount of 155,000 vs northbridge. We were denied the ability to withold shares from them due to a previous agreement. We did fight for our shares. But northbridge wants them bad. It's their decision to sell the shares or not.
This is the final debt owed to northbridge.
