Why? That makes no sense, you have a broke company, who is delinquent in their filings, doing their 3rd RS in 13 months. Here's hint about what's going to happen--- the price is going down, because you lose it all if they reverse split and if they don't the creditors will force them into BK and you lose either way. Your logic here eludes me. They filed the Def 14a after closing Friday, tomorrow will be a blood bath.
