We know the company is supposed to issue the Annual and 4th Quarter Report by the end of the month, but may request some added time, which historically they have done. We should at least see a request to delay the reports by the end of the month, if they don't in fact report on time.
Of course should any material even occur before then it should be reported immediately. I have often lobbied for them doing a webcast after the issue of the reports, if they choose to, should be announced when they announce when the reports will be issued. I really believe we could all learn a lot if they speak with us, especially if Analyst's and others could ask questions, or questions could be submitted before the webcast.
