That's not a link to the "roadmap" just yet. It is a link to their website in which you have to type in a password. Once you go in there, you find the roadmap which is truly impressive. The "ecosystem" link is even more impressive.
It was given to people on PlutusX telegram channel to "sneak peak" and critique the site. I believe it will be live, very very soon.
Wait until it is permanent and live for good to sticky the link.
