After additional consideration, I've had second thoughts about spinning the $AFPW staffing business into a pubco. I have a much better idea.

I feel pretty good overall. Need to get this $AFPW deal done so I can focus on another project. Its exciting but it's not the most exciting thing I'm working on.

This looks like it will hit trip 1 before it heads the other day if there is a deal in the works, not bad for some dca about now.
