Isn't calling other's DD the modus operandi with Magnum...

Yes leases can be re-written under certain circumstances.

Forward looking, we can say anything can happen.

Lease was recently rewritten and tied in a Bow thru 2029......

Since then all the VV family left the organization except Ken and he was downgraded IMHO......

The VV family has TRTC by the short hairs IMHO.....

"We lease the land in Belvidere, New Jersey, on which Edible Garden’s greenhouse structure is situated. The land is being leased from Whitetown Realty, LLC, an entity in which David Vande Vrede and Greda Vande Vrede own interests. David Vande Vrede and Greda Vande Vrede are the parents of three of our directors, Kenneth Vande Vrede, Michael Vande Vrede, and Steven Vande Vrede. The lease commenced on January 1, 2014 and expires December 31, 2029. The current monthly lease amount is $14,423 and increases 1.5% each calendar year."

Why is Ken looking else where in New Jersey ?

“We're looking at New Jersey as a whole. We're approaching every county and municipality. We're looking at…friendly towns that are interested,” he said.

Maybe this is why ?

Here is the thoughts of those that control government licenses that TRTC would be applying for in Belvidere, NJ IMHO
