My fervent hope, reinforced a bit by yesterday's CC, is that they get the burn rate down significantly, gradually increase recurring revenues and hit a break even point as soon as posiible. Then the dilution can stop. A decent price for paint would help this happen sooner rather than later.

Simultaneously, and helping to feed the revenue side, they roll out qode as quickly as they can.

If this is a basic summary of what they are trying to do, then it makes sense. But they must get off the Cornell juice and stop the dilution asap. If that means letting people go and downsizing, then so be it.

Once we hit a break even point, the dilution stops and recurrring revenues are on an obvious upward curve, the PPS should respond. If it doesn't, they should start using some of the revenue to soak back up some of the water they've dumped on us.
