Off course that is part of it, though they aren't the initiative. It's MMEX false and misleading PR's and likely some paid promoters pushing that initiative. These promoters are almost always compensated with shares that they too need to unload to get paid.

Nothing but more dilution from many directions with MMEX. That is the reality of these shares selling scams.
