JMHO, but I would imagine we would hear about a follow up on the contract bid for this month fairly soon, especially seeing as how in the last PR it was stated that the company is "committed to investor transparency". Seems to me they are fairly confident in the bidding they are engaging in from reading this paragraph of the PR from 3/13/2018
