I thought Canopy Growth put up 20 million seed money to create Rivers.
They should own 100% and then Rivers took in 26 million privately but from
mostly insiders at Canopy, so is that now a dilution of the percentage of ownership from the initial 20 million seed money? Canopy shareholders should still own a significant percentage of Rivers. You cant just take 20 million out of the cash register and then say sorry poof" its gone.
