Agreed. It is frustrating watching obvious scams continue year after year.

However, with the ECPN SEC filings finally coming to an end, perhaps the end is in sight? The SEC has done one thing lately which is encouraging; they have far less patience with delinquent filers and suspensions are handed out far quicker than in the past.
