Then you look at page 13 of the qtrly report for 9/30/2017 at:

It shows they were borrowing $285,500 (at some awful terms) while he was sitting there saying POTN didn't need money.
And then borrowed another $477,500 (again at some awful terms) a couple months after he finished talking.

I’m sure Tuesday’s infomercial interview will be great! Lots of good talk. Scripted and paid. Ceo won’t say anything that’s not already public. What they won’t tell all is the toxic financials, shakey share structure and poor fundamentals. Shareholders have already lost 55% from the peak and look to see another 45% downside. Highly risky. Speculative buy.
