No offense but that is to no concern of me. I am here strictly for the current SS which is favorable for a move north...they will more than likely raise their SS before enacting an RS at which time I will either exit my position here or gamble, either way I’m not concerned about what the company said they might do in 2016 im concerned about the SS in 2018 3/12/18 as a matter of fact

Thats a def14. Thats not discussing actually doing a rs. Its saying in the future if the co. Meets the criteria to get listed on the nasdaq or nyse, the BOD has voting rights to do a rs if necessary for the uplist. Its a responsible filing, thats all it is... it isnt announcing a rs or saying that a rs is in the lineup. They did a rs in 2015, and now have a very favorable share structure.
