Sorry, that is just categorically incorrect. Mezey hasn't filed with the SEC because embr is not a sec filer. It's a dark, non filer. If anything, any '8K' he puts out is also fake and 'filed' with otcm, another 'fake' listing service.

Mezey never did the form 10 for embr, so there's no one to file to. Period.
