Sorry, but that "BASIC" education lacks some "BASIC" facts!

Non-reporting is a RED Flag, sorry. There is a reason for non-reporting, and 99% of the time, it is not good.

Second, their is no known share structure, TA is gagged and that should worry many because it is clear that when the price went from .15 to .01, there was some very significant dilution going on.

Third, there has been ZERO filings or PRs in regard to business plan, forecast or anything officially. Maybe that will change, but until then, I would urge severe caution.

Nice post. A good lesson for newbies and a reminder for those that have been around for awhile, what the rules are for non-reporting pinks. There certainly is a lot of strategy that goes into uplisting. Not showing your hand until you're ready is a necessity to have plenty of ammunition ready to push the price up quickly, and out of the reach of penny flippers.

That other Chinese reverse merger many here are also invested in HDI@ did a 1 for 1000 r/s at a penny before the a/s was maxed out. Now it never trades, well maybe once in a while. I think 30 shares traded at .11 cents yesterday. No pr's nothing.
