False. Years ago ERHC was working with Deloitte to find a partner in Kenya. Deloitte does not work with companies who stiffed their partners and they do not work with companies that can't pay their consulting fees either.
It depends on how Kenya might see it but if CEPSA pulled out of their obligations there then it may be interpreted as their having no case to go after ERHC for anything including their supposed share of the drilling !
Especially if the Kenyans are going after CEPSA for millions because of defaulting on their responsibilities ! Contractual or moral !
Strikes me that essentially the Kenyan government can bloody well do what they wish since its their resource !!
