That is the problem, they keep rethinking things..Kalitta, great idea, bad idea. Connie joining board, great idea, bad idea. Songbird acquisition, great idea, bad idea.

They cannot raise money on the street for a start up or an IPO. Investment bankers would laugh them out of the room, why do you think they are dependent upon whales, old whales? They have zero experience running an airline, let alone starting one. Lampl, really? All he knows is how to report what smart people he worked for did and said. You want the Town Crier to run the government? Trump would fire these guys after the first five minutes. Let them go on Shark Tank and see what those guys think about their expertise. Actually that would be worth it...Lampl, use your rolodex to use your contacts to get them on Shark Tank. I can guarantee an appearance for you if only for the comedic relief the appearance would offer. Let me know, I have a rolodex as well.

The only thing they should consider is how to stick a fork in this thing. If they want to actually do something they will have to do the following:

1-fire themselves
2-stand back
3-watch someone else start an airline that knows how to do it
4-buy shares in the new start up
5-never be heard from again.

They will never, ever, get this off the ground. Tony is to flying what a brick is to hovering. End of story.

redsky7, noble concept but once BLTA shareholders realize how much money and commitment it really would take to start an airline they will figure out BLTA never had a chance. That is if they were actually trying as they made more $$$ selling stock illegally than what they could have profited flying one plane once a week irregardless of what a ridiculous Pro Forma forecast was touting.

Good luck.

Your ideas are sound and reasonable. Do you plan to contact Tony?

They already created a new public company and any business plan, other than selling stock, is way too complex for Baltia's elite team.
