because the market is closed. you won't see an accurate bid ask on any otc ticker until the market opens at 930am monday.

OMG it's at .2501!!! This means they sold the company and we are going to be rich and unload at .25 or even $1 WOW...Actually just kidding I couldn't help myself :) Always does that once the market closes..It used to get me too when I started trading lol.
