I got the same message and there was no mention of a RS. They alluded to a share buyback and retirement of shares which explain the high volume over past couple of days.

Just one question- WHY would M*G buy OPEN MARKET shares if they knew of a SS change? BTW- they are handling this with "CONDITIONS" - Read the tweet.
