So $450,000 revenues produced $20,000 in fees for February 2018, which was a 200% increase over the same month last year.

200% increase is statistically $20,000 / 3 which equals approx. $6,700 in fees from last February 2017.

The same could be applied to the revenue portion. So $450,000 / 3 which equals $150,000. So a rough estimate would be a $300,000 increase in 340B revenues.
