Just means flippers are churning it for now until some news with substance hits. If it works its not a bad way to accumulate more but its risky if great news hits. They could get left in the dust chasing it to higher levels. No worries I don't have time for all that, I have great confidence that this will start moving up in due time. Just like a lot of others I'm in. patience is rewarded.
