I can assure you that the banks has both suspenders and parachutes for not buying those shares back. That’s not how a bank work.

Even if this ends quite well with most of the promises fulfilled but with many more shares outstanding and heavy dilution, there should be a lawsuit nevertheless against Solomon and the company.
You are supposed to be an investor and not a heavy gambler averaging down forever without information of what is happening.
But that is something to worry about later.

Do you know who this lender is? I was curious how you knew that they knew where the stop-losses were set.

The lender with the arbitrage between Sweden and the USA and triggering stop-losses, will have almost all the shares.

If SIAF pays, the shares will be returned.
