Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. (LONG DAY OF WORK) I had my concerns about the intellectual property as well. One big concern was the selling of the fixator tools on eBay. Did Alex liquidate them, ? Did Estrada do it ? Who decided to sell off what I am assuming is UATG property and it patents, ( intellectual property). If Alex did then it's on behalf of the company and merger etc... but if someone at the old company did take them and selling for their gains? You know where that can go. I have been here for around 3 to 4 years holding Umbria, it was the lawsuit payouts and why that made me go down the rabbit hole. If Alex can explain why stuff is on eBay and Amazon then so be it, but if some one is doing behind the scenes deals and he isn't aware of it, then he should know for his company protection.
