That's why pps is low. If treasury exercise 5% per quarter then it will take 4 years to finish 79.9%. The treasury can easily make $200B.

When the dilution by announced then WS crooks may crash pps. That's why everybody Warren Buffet, Ackman et al are accumulating cash to jump in.
