No. Symantec would owe UP TO $45M if Symantec buys one of the listed companies in the agreement in the next four years. Finjan basically gave them a list of who they are in negotiations with. Most are probably in the $5M range up to a high if they (not likely) bought Palo Alto Networks.

These types of clauses are always in the agreements. They just disclosed it so it wouldn't hurt as much to admit they only got $65M when they guided Symantec alone was worth $500M.
