Besides, even IF it were true that she had an NDA... then the companies giving her information is fine, that's what an NDA is for... if she repeats it, it's on her, not the companies.
I'm NOT saying if I think she did or didn't have an NDA, or that she gave information... I have no clue... but IF she did, and IF she had an NDA, then it seems SHE would be the one liable, not BVTK or DPT?
