No doubt CEO would like to make a bunch of money but how does an uplisting, on its own (without any actual business improvements) accomplish that?

He owns 1,000,000 shares with a market value of $100. A reverse split isn't going to make his shares worth much more.

And, if the idea is to up-list and then hope to sell out? This Guy is 82+. I'd say he wants to roll it over for a payday.
