I think I kind a agree with you. He should reduce Seek shares by canceling the stocks and consolidate and convert the Seek shares in to USCO shares or vice versa by merging the Cos. Until than he cannot even make USCO successful on it own. No matter how many new business models he starts under USCO. I think he does not have clear conscious of running a business honestly..
