If you sold you lost money, yes. Basically when the stock was 3-4 cents last week, it was like being 1.50-2.00 dollars now (x50).
It basically dove from 2 bucks to 50 cents. So if you had $1000 invested at 4 cents, it is now worth $250 at 50 cents, but it is probably really volatile right now, so who knows?
Perhaps they have big news coming up that will generate lots of interest, and decided to time the split strategically so potential investors didn't sneeze at the low share price.
The split really didn't benefit us existing shareholders, but the stock is probably going to be hotter now than it was before the split.
I'm holding on to what I have, but I'm going to wait and see if it drops to 20-30 cents before buying more.
