Development stage businesses always make great flips. Has nothing to do with where the company is headed which is dollar land.

I've flipped and kept this on watch since they announced the merger with Keough. With a 20M float, the pending audit, news of financing, and, of course, the refiling of the litigation that could sink ViaDerma, 2018 could be a big year.

Looks like some folks are bailing the sinking ship for a quick flip.
