I'm Dumb but Want to be Smart

So, I bought from .03 to .17, average of 6 - sold at .14.

Looking to get back in, and would do so at .10-.12.

I have read everything I can here and elsewhere, but am not much smarter for having done so....

Will it dip again - any "educated" explanations/guesses? Sorry, but thanks!
