Still wonder if GERS had any influence on removing the chill. Sure hope so. They might be waiting then for the official notice to start filing again.

The complaint that I filed electronically with the SEC was an influence on the Greenshift Corporation. Nobody12378 has reported that their officers read this board.

I said that I was thinking of filing the complaint before I actually did file it. That gave KK and his friends a reason to get busy and do whatever they needed to do in order to remove the Chill.

I'm not saying that my remarks here and my SEC complaint were the only influence, but they were one of many factors that started the ball rolling.

BTW, I've been noticing that the PPS has not had any downticks in the past week or so. IMHO, that's a sign of an early bull market for this stock, and yesterday, I acted on this belief by raising the price of my outstanding sell orders.
