No, another valid theory is CEO is, well, looking shady shall we say. I don’t think M&A scenario excuses such horrid communication. And are you telling me that a decent CEO couldn’t manage to keep share price from this kind of abuse for this long?? I have been following this long enough to believe he is NOT fit to have as many roles in this company as he has. That is my stand.
